Arthur joins Larson Health Advocates after spending six years defending insured parties against personal injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents in various Washington state courts. Prior to practicing insurance defense, Arthur served as a judicial clerk in Skagit County Superior Court for the Honorable Susan K. Cook (ret) and as a Public Defender in Skagit and King County.
Arthur's practice focuses on defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers in medical malpractice claims. Outside of the office, Arthur enjoys running, cycling, and hiking. He completed the one-day Seattle to Portland bike ride for the fifth time in 2022. Arthur is conversant in Mandarin.
