Geraldine joins Larson Health Advocates from a lengthy background of insurance defense litigation, wherein she defended private insurance companies, and its insureds, from claims involving personal injury and property damage. Geraldine has also advised insurance companies on coverage matters under policies issued to its insureds. Prior to practicing insurance defense, Geraldine began her legal career practicing family law, and developed her litigation skills while defending Pierce County’s various agencies.
Geraldine’s practice will focus on defense of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers in medical malpractice claims. Outside of the office and the Courts, Geraldine enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, attending group fitness classes (yoga, barre, HIIT), dancing salsa and bachata, and exploring international cultures and cuisines. Geraldine speaks 4 languages, including Spanish, French, and Tagalog (Filipino).
