Caroline Greene

Caroline defends healthcare professionals and healthcare systems in civil litigation, medical malpractice suits, licensing and disciplinary actions, and guardianship cases.  She also provides regulatory legal advice and representation to healthcare clients, and represents certified professional guardians and conservators.  Caroline enjoys helping hospitals problem solve in situations where the law and medicine meet.

Caroline is a seasoned and effective trial attorney and litigator, having served as lead counsel in federal, state, and military courts.  She has tried 19 jury trials and numerous bench trials.  Prior to her current practice, Caroline was a felony-level criminal defense attorney and Air Force lawyer.  She also has an LL.M. in Health Law and is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and Florida.  Caroline provides pro bono guardianship/conservatorship representation through Northwest Justice Project.

Caroline enjoys gardening, running, traveling with family, and encouraging her daughter in all her pursuits, including their shared love of ballet.  She also is a lifelong Florida Gators fan and visits Gainesville with her family as often as possible.
